SAMANTHA
& JAELAN
MEET US IN CABO
TEQUILA & TRUE LOVE
MARCH 18–21, 2027
OUR WEDDING WEEKEND BEGINS IN…
Mi Amor
Sam and Jaelan’s story dates all the way back to 2009, when they first connected in Mr. Wick’s fourth grade class at Mariposa Elementary School.
Sam remembers Jaelan as the tall, athletic boy who always wore too-long cargo shorts and looked “like a dinosaur.”
Jaelan remembers Sam as his first crush who, without hesitation, called him out in class for picking his nose. A strong foundation, really.
Fate brought them back together again in 2015 at Redlands East Valley High School, where they dated for about two months, as high schoolers do when they briefly think they have everything figured out.
After many years and many miles apart, the stars finally aligned for Sam and Jaelan to reunite at the perfect time and place in both of their lives.
Two years, four states, and one very loved baby later, the two elementary school “love interests” are uniting in a sacred, lifelong covenant, proving some stories really do start long before you realize it.

EXPLORE CABO
ACRE BAJA
We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant located on a beautiful mango orchard which almost makes it seem like you're lost in the jungle. From the incredible food to the drinks to the atmosphere you will be blown away. From the incredible cuisine to their artisan crafted cocktails, trust us.
BAGATELLE
For more of a lively atmosphere, Bagatelle is highly recommended. Enjoying a brunch, lunch or dinner at Bagatelle is like being invited in the home and to the table of an epicurean bon vivant from the French Riviera.
The food on the table is sophisticated, generous and authentic. All dishes on the table are meant to be shared with family and friends, in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
COCINA DEL MAR
For amazing views, Cocina Del Mar at Esperanza Resort is seriously stunning and some of the best food we have ever had. You are perched up seaside and served a variety of freshly caught seafood dishes paired with the best margs ever!!
BAJA EXPEDITIONS
Iconic Adventures for Mindful Travelers of All Ages “Timo” Means founded Baja Expeditions almost 50 years ago and led the way in pioneering eco-adventures in Baja California and passion for conservation. Opening up whale programs by working with local ex-fishermen panga captains. Building and operating one of the first liveaboard dive and ecoadventure boats in the world. Kayaking trips in the Sea of Cortez. Scuba diving. The first trips to Socorro Island, bravely heading out into open ocean where nobody had dared before.
EL ARCO
The arch of Cabo San Lucas, is a distinctive rock formation at the southern tip of Cabo San Lucas. We recommend seeing this during a sunset cruise or a sailing/snorkeling cruise. This can be booked through the front desk at the hotel when you arrive as well.
TEMAZCAL SPAS
Mexico’s oldest spa tradition allows individuals to sweat it out simultaneously. And it’s done in the dark. In Los Cabos, you’ll find the temazcal option plus a menu of classic spa treatments in resorts like Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa, ME Cabo, JW Marriott, Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa, and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort. The Temazcal is an ancient steam lodge that relies on the healing powers of earth, fire, water, and air to balance body, mind, and spirit. Within the darkened chamber, participants are immersed in an aromatic steam bath promoting deep relaxation and improved circulation.
TODOS SANTOS
Todos Santos is a town on the Pacific coast of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, backed by the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range. Popular with artists, it’s known for its many galleries. The modern Profesor Néstor Agúndez Martínez Cultural Center is housed in a former school and includes a local history museum. To the south, beaches like San Pedrito and Los Cerritos are known for their strong surf.
